Purpose:
Whasssss popp’in! This rice class is a hands on cooking class, where I will teach you about the different grains of rice, liquid to rice cooking ratios, seasoning/ broth flavoring, various fats that can be used, different preparation methods, choosing the perfect rice pot (and you'll take one home), adding the perfect herb combos, and ultimately how to create the most delicious pot of my Haitian style rice & beans!
Who Is This Class For:
This cooking class is for the person that doesn’t know shxt about cooking rice. For the person that uses the rice cooker, and hasn’t yet graduated to the dutch pot. The caterer that wants to learn how to make a bomb axx rice, that your guest will never forget. The person that keeps burning their fvkn rice, and the person that just doesn’t know how to flavor their got damn rice. Or maybe you know how to make rice, and you just want to come learn my method and vibe with bae or a friend....

What Do You Need To Do Next:
After reading all the information above, book your seat! Because I want each class to be intimate, there will only be 5 seats available per class. If you would like to book the entire class out for a dope bro’s or girl’s night, or a couple’s night out class, I can accommodate you with custom items as well, but we would have to find a different booking date if this class already have people that are signed up that isn’t a part of your party.
